Product License Terms

When you purchase or receive a valid product key, Xeralis grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the covered product and tier according to these terms and the product documentation.

Your license is tied to the product, tier, account, feature permissions, limits, expiration, and status shown in Xeralis.

Do not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, publish, leak, bypass, tamper with, reverse engineer, or use product keys, downloads, or entitlement systems outside the access granted to you.

Do not remove license checks, forge validation responses, disable telemetry needed for entitlement enforcement, or use developer/internal keys for customer or production access unless explicitly allowed.

Xarion, Kaelis, and other applications may be sold, tested, or released in stages. Features, limits, packaging, signing, update channels, and platform support may change as the product matures.

Release-stage access is intended for customers who understand that some features may still be under active testing, UI work, or deployment hardening.

Products may contact Xeralis to validate product keys, refresh entitlements, sync feature permissions, receive update/download information, and protect against abuse.

Xeralis may rotate keys, revoke compromised keys, suspend abusive access, or require updates to continue using connected services.

Xeralis, Xarion, Kaelis, the private custom SGN codename Nebryss project, and related software, branding, code, designs, and documentation remain owned by their creator or applicable rights holder.

Purchasing a key gives product access; it does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property.
