The baseline rules for using Xeralis, buying product keys, requesting services, and accessing connected applications.
By using Xeralis, creating an account, purchasing a product key, requesting custom work, downloading a product, or connecting Xarion, Kaelis, or another application to Xeralis, you agree to these terms.
If you use Xeralis for a company, community, or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep your contact email current so support, license, payment, and security notices can reach you.
Product keys unlock access to a specific product and tier. Access may depend on product status, payment status, account ownership, tier permissions, and validation checks.
Do not share, resell, publish, reverse engineer, bypass, or abuse product keys, entitlement responses, download links, or connected-product validation systems.
Developer, tester, invite-only, or internal keys may be revoked or changed if they are misused or no longer needed.
Service quotes, milestones, delivery dates, and support windows are estimates until accepted in writing or through the project dashboard.
You are responsible for providing necessary access, content, credentials, assets, feedback, and approvals for custom work.
Prices may be shown for one-time, monthly, annual, or custom terms. Taxes, payment processor fees, and currency conversion may apply where required.
Payment processing may be handled by PayPal or another provider. Xeralis does not store full payment card details.
Xeralis, Xarion, Kaelis, downloads, license validation, and hosted services may change as products move through testing, release, and public availability.
Xeralis may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features to protect security, comply with law, improve reliability, or support product development.
Xeralis is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, warranties are limited and damages are limited to amounts paid for the affected product or service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
